Extremely Disappointed – Refund & Delivery Issue (Final Warning)

Dear Amazon Team,
Im writing this out of complete frustration. After talking to multiple customer service agents and getting the same useless responses, my issue is still not resolved.

Its been over a week since I first requested a refund, and not a single person had the decency to follow up or even call before attempting delivery.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company where my family and I have spent so much time and money. Clearly, customers have no value here.
Let me make this very clear this will be my last purchase from Amazon, and nobody from my family will be using this app again.

Ive been patient and respectful long enough, but now I expect immediate action. Process my refund as soon as possible, and I also expect compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress caused by your repeated negligence.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service for my order, 406-628****-0102731- INALSA Air Fryer Oven | 12L," purchased on July 13, 2025, during the Prime Day sale.
The original expected delivery date was July 20, 2025. Despite the product being marked "out for delivery" multiple times since then (July 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd), it has not been delivered to my address.
I have repeatedly contacted Amazon India customer care regarding this issue.

On each occasion, I was assured the product would be delivered the following day. I also attempted to contact the delivery agent directly multiple times, often receiving a busy tone or, on one occasion, being told delivery would occur on July 23rd evening, which also did not happen.
Most concerningly, on the morning of July 23, 2025, after the product was again marked "out for delivery," I received a notification stating "Delivery attempted OTP Not Available." This update is false as no attempt was made to contact me, nor did the delivery agent visit my home.
Upon contacting customer service again, I was informed that I now need to wait until July 26, 2025, for delivery. This repeated failure to deliver, coupled with misleading updates and the constant shifting of delivery dates, is unacceptable.
I do not wish to cancel this order or receive a refund.

I simply require the product I purchased to be delivered as soon as possible.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure the immediate delivery of my air fryer. Your prompt attention to this urgent issue would be greatly appreciated.

Unauthorized payment problems with no resolution

I have a few different unauthorized payments that are being taken out of my account and I was NOT abe to get in contact with anyone from customer service. It makes me angry that its difficult to even talk to someone about the issue.

Especially being the certain issue it is, makes it even more frustrating. Terrible.

Called about delayed shipment of parts for my truck. Was assured the company would refund my money, since I had already went and purchased them at a local parts store.

I couldnt afford to wait and be with out a way to go.

Was told if the items arrived to keep them. Now today I noticed I never got the refund and am being told my pHone call to Amazon never happened.
