Dear team,
I'm regular customer of Amazon. I was purchased mobile through your online application.

Mobile was checked, found software issue, it's not working.

I was contacted customer service, they are not agree to replace (replacement valid date until 19th April 2025). Kindly check and provide proper solution of this problem.

Dear Amazon Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had regarding my prepaid orders, where two items were missing. Despite raising multiple complaints, I have received no satisfactory resolution. Here are the details of the orders:

Order # 402-912****-256****
Missing Item: Tata Sampann Pure Cashews 200g

Order # 402-784****-152****
Missing Item: Surf Excel Detergent Powder 5 Kg (One out of 2 packets)

I placed these prepaid orders, and the delivery was made to my home. My father received the packages, unaware that items were missing. When I discovered the issue, I immediately raised a complaint the same day. However, the response I received was shockingly dismissive, stating that an investigation had been conducted and the items were supposedly delivered.

Let me be clear: I did not receive the items. Your so-called 'investigation' does absolutely nothing to address my problem as a customer. Why would I raise a complaint about missing items if I had received them? This response is not only unhelpful but also disrespectful to a customer who trusted you with a prepaid order.

The real issue is simple: I don't have the items I paid for. Your investigation might have satisfied your internal processes, but it fails to solve my problem. You need to find out where my items are and take responsibility for this mistake. It was a mistake on my part to choose a prepaid option, as it now feels like Amazon is shirking accountability.

This is not what I expect from a company of Amazon's reputation. I prepaid with the expectation of reliable service, and what I've received instead is highly irresponsible treatment. Customers don't pay you in advance so that you can lose their items and then refuse to take responsibility.

I expect immediate action to resolve this, and I will not accept further responses that brush off my legitimate complaint. Either deliver the missing items or process a refund without delay. Failing to do so will only escalate this matter further.

I trust you will act swiftly to rectify this unacceptable situation.
