I have ordered an Oppo F29 mobile, and it hasn't been delivered on time. It took 3 days, even though I have a Prime membership.
The same thing happened twice.
The delivery agent just gave us a missed call and put remarks of delivery attempted, but the customer is not picking up the call.
It's really bad delivery service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
This has a reference to my recent purchase of a 600 W solar lamp worth Rs.19704, described as new on the Amazon site. When opened, I found that it was a used item with all signs of usage and was not working. I was late for a day to contact Amazon. After leaving negative feedback, the seller agreed to a refund if I removed the feedback.
I have been waiting for professional and diligent interference from Amazon India for a fair solution in this matter. I believe that Amazon would step in and support me as a valuable customer and do the required for an immediate refund and return pickup from my place.

Mobile was checked, found software issue, it's not working.
I was contacted customer service, they are not agree to replace (replacement valid date until 19th April 2025). Kindly check and provide proper solution of this problem.

Need improve hard to find contact no most prefferd just automatic system
They offered to pay later. I tried this service in India, Axio Pay Later.
On the due date, their system declined all my cards. Now, for 2 weeks, I've been trying to pay but it's declining and charging a late fee. I've sent emails 5 times, but no one has replied. They are sending SMS reminders about my payment due, stating it will affect my credit score if I don't pay.
However, I don’t know where I can pay. I'm very, very disappointed.
