5 times and two different sellers (two different brands) delivered defective/broken machine. Amazon india runs a scam of selling products that are not genuine to consumers online.
User's recommendation: Buy only books on amazon india.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

I am a Amazon prime customer for nearly 2years. After I shifted to Mumbai I have been facing a lot of issues regarding the delivery.
Being a Metropolitan city instead of fast delivery, Amazon is proving 1-2 days delay from the estimate date of delivery. This is really unexpected after being a prime member.
What is the point of continuing the prime membership? Hereafter, I will suggest not to initiate Amazon prime membership.
Very irresponsible... My order returned without my notice and no one gave me any clarity...
Simply saying that if ur item is returned u will get ur money back... very rude and irresponsible.
It's almost as bad here and customer service accuse you of trying to be slick. Some things you don't bother to send back because you don't want the hassle.
Poor quality, missing items, wrong sizes and sometimes things that are supposed to be new but are used and I will never buy another computer from them. Amazon is not what it use to be and customer service is a joke.

Online Amazon was bad service. No response..
no good work... I buy a refrigerator Hair single door..1year warranty...now 5 months complete 6’th month running... I complained everyday...

Amazon in India is indulging in all sort of unethical business practice. The first among them is "exorbitant discount" which normally cannot possible to offer.
I placed order for 2 number at different dates for Seagate 2Tb HDD .after enquiring with the amazon representatives for the offer price, once confirmed it is for the new product. But after I placed order I was not able to check any tracking information about the shipment. In fact the Amazon web behaved strangely which I have updated to Amazon India a couple of time. I was told that the seller is new, the deliver agent is new and I have to wait for the response from them.
Finally I was delivered with "deodorant" in place of "2TB USB HDD". Upon several follow ups and escalation to Mr. Andy Jassy, CEO I was told that they have issued me a GC for one device. I was unilaterally told that the other order was cancelled.
I want them to collect the wrong delivery and to deliver the right product. Ultimately I want them to be "ACCOUNTABLE" for their fraudulent business act. My suggestion is that it is always safe to purchase the product offline and to great extent we have the guarantee of delivery of new product, but definitely not doing any business with Amazon India.
But definitely as Mam updated "Amazon India". Doing very dangerous business practice in India and it should be curbed.
I too am seeking accountability from this unbelievable unethical AMAZON! I am filing complaints regarding theft from my accounts, lies, deciet , swindle. Tomorrow I am speaking with 2 News stations

Do not ever google Amazon customer service. My husband called an 818 number about an unauthorized charge and they had access to our Amazon account and the payment information.
One bank account alerted us, but another account let the charges go through. I believe it was through a seller I had bought an item from and immediately cancelled it, because the option to use a gift card had not popped up. I immediately reordered the item and have received it.
However there is no record of the cancelled order on my account, but the scammer noted to my husband that they could see it. We were charged for the cancelled item and that’s what caused him to google Amazon customer service
Forgot to mention that they were able to transfer money to our account, just to get access to the account, then transferred that money plus a few thousand we had in the account, all without having anything other than our payment information on our Amazon account.
Don't buy anything from Amazon. They will steal your money.
